BRETT TALLANT
Chief Operations Manager
A local guy with a passion for heavy equipment. Brett was raised in Forsyth County and developed a love for farm equipment at a young age. What started out with plowing fields with his grandfather soon turned to operating a skid steer in his late-teens. Brett honed his equipment and technical skills while working as an electrical lineman for 15+ years. After the birth of his daughter, he decided to pursue a career working with Cody and living out the motto “If you do work you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.” When not on the job site, Brett enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and dog.
BRANDY TALLANT

With 14 years in the kitchen and bath business, Brandy left the manufacturing industry in 2025 to focus on family and our business. Brandy’s account management, sales, leadership and networking experience has been a tremendous blessing to assist our customers. The passion for beautiful spaces, indoor and outdoor, is deeply engrained in her efforts for our clients. When not assisting with the business, Brandy enjoys cooking and traveling with her husband and children.
COLLINS TALLANT
In Training
Displays strong organization skills, determination and a desire to lead the younger crew members. Enjoys doing ‘Buckeye work’ and helping dad (where she can) and climbing dirt hills (where available). Most likely a future project manager or sales manager. Favorite piece of equipment is the Caterpillar 953 crawler loader.
OWEN TALLANT

Loves getting dirty, watching the equipment work and riding any machine. Will fall asleep on the job. Most likely a future sales manager and/or operator. Favorite piece of equipment is the Ford 5030 Tractor.
